We are pleased to offer exterior wood shutters and components that are custom made to your specifications and we encourage you to review the details of your order carefully. Since your wood shutters are custom built for your specific building needs, the order cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once the order is in production.

If your order contains any damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service department to give us a chance to resolve the issue with your order. Damaged or defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
